Compensation
We offer highly competitive compensation structure based on agent commission. In
fact, the majority of our sales associates are multi million dollar producers.
In-house Training
Known for our superior in house training courses, Bob Leigh & Associates offers
the most advanced and up-to-date information needed to help you succeed in the
real estate industry. Topics include technology, applications, time management,
team development and sales management. One-on-one consulting and shadowing are
also used to help develop personal marketing strategies and tools specific to
your client and customer base.
New agent program
We offer an extensive training program for new agents. The first year you get
your license & join the MLS you will be in the new agent program. Our Training
Director works with you to ensure you are ready for a career in Real Estate.
We have training classes twice a week to accommodate all schedules. We teach
you how to fill out all of your forms, how to show property, how to list
property, how to measure property, and all the basics of working with the
public.
